September 11, 2000 (Lyn). Fr. Corsino, principal (HS dept.), all our teachers and the Aklan College in general were very happy with THE GENEROSITY OF HIGH SCHOOL BATCH '75 through the computer donated by our class/batch - (it was displayed at the lobby). When I came for registration, Ms. Tuayon (our Filipino teacher) in charge of the registration that time, showed to me the computer. "Just on time for the millenium celebration" according to Ma'am Tuayon.

I attended the torch parade (and saw Vivian Ramos - joining the batch 1970) and the alumni night. The winner for the Ms. Millenium Alumna - has P85,000.00 ballots or (cash), followed by P25,000.00 (first runner-up) and P5,000.00 second runner-up.
